Frank Grasso graduated from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, in 1980 with the degree of Bachelor of Arts. Returning to his home on Long Island, NY, Frank began a career in the financial services industry.

Licensed to offer Life Insurance, Income Replacement Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuities, he worked for his clients as he represented the largest insurance companies in America in order to provide valuable products and services.

Subsequently, Mr. Grasso became a registered representative and financial advisor within the securities industries.

In 1984 he received his CFP (Certified Financial Planner) from Adelphi University.

Mr. Grasso continued to advance his education within the field of insurance and estate planning by qualifying for a Chartered Life Underwriter certification from the American College located in Byrn Mawr, PA.

Continuing education remains a fundamental component within his career. As a result, his clients receive appreciated value and an outstanding quality of service. For more than 30 years, his clients have benefited from a variety of financial, retirement and estate planning services.

Managing multiple millions of personal assets, he has helped his clients to accumulate wealth, protect their wealth and provide guidance as they plan to transfer their wealth to future generations.

In 2007, Mr. Grasso helped a large net worth client, John C. Dunphy, (a business man intent on helping to improve the quality of life for beneficiaries of various not-for-profit 501(c)3 organizations,) to create a private foundation to be known as the: The John C. Dunphy Private Foundation, Inc.

After years of providing personal financial service, Mr. Dunphy appointed Mr. Grasso to be a director of his private foundation. Subsequently, Mr. Grasso was elected by the board of directors to be both the President and CEO of the foundation.

Mr. Grasso provides investment advice to the foundation and ensures that the spirit of John C. Dunphy lives on.

Nancy Fleury

Nancy holds the role of Treasurer for the John C. Dunphy Private Foundation. She is a proven, dedicated leader with 30+ years in the financial services industry. Previously, Nancy held the position of Managing Director and Risk Executive for Global Risk Management at Bank of America / Merrill Lynch, one of the worlds’ largest and most recognized financial services firms with $2 trillion in assets and $100 billion in revenue.

Specifically responsible for the management and execution of the operational risk and compliance program at the Bank which enables risk identification and mitigation across a broad base of global businesses to include commercial and corporate lending, debit and equity capital markets, and treasury services. Additionally, drove large-scale initiatives including technology projects, transition activities and other transformation programs within the company.

Qualifications: Cash Manager, Paralegal, and Six Sigma Project Mgmt Certifications.

Finance and treasury activities are extremely important aspects of corporate management and are essential to the attainment of the company’s overall objective. Nancy expertise ensures timely provision of the cash resources necessary for sustaining the John Dunphy Private Foundation’s ongoing activities.

Over 30 years’ experience in accounting, tax planning and business consulting. President and Founder of Sampson Business Solutions, Henry held CFO, COO, Controller, CAO and Vice President of Operations roles at various dynamic companies. Henry’s expertise insures the John Dunphy Private Foundation success in bringing the vision to fruition will be supported through strong financial accountability.

Karlyn B. Grasso graduated from The John F. Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut, in 2010. Her first career was working in Private Aviation where she worked in the FBO. During this time, she started a woodworking business called The Long Island Wood Shoppe, LLC. based in Sayville, New York.

In 2013, she joined MetLife where she began a career in financial services. Karlyn is licensed in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey & Delaware to offer her clients protection products including Life Insurance, Accident and Sickness Insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Health Insurance and Annuities. Karlyn is also registered in the securities industry to assist her clients with their investments and retirement needs.

Karlyn was appointed as Director of Public Relations for the John C. Dunphy Private Foundation in August 2014. Ms. Grasso’s role is to help share the vision of the Foundation with other organizations and non-for-profits and encourage the community to support the foundation through social media and fundraising.
